And they provide their customers, partners, and people with a platform to realise their full potential.Role Objective: Responsible for my clients external reporting on a subsidiary and joint venture level, including the production of statutory accounts for subsidiary and joint venture companies and the management reporting to joint venture partners.They will be responsible for company level accounting for specific transactions, joint venture accounting and cashflow forecasting.They will assist in the preparation of the interim and final 'glossy' accounts and month-end procedures.Key Responsibilities:路 Production of statutory accounts for subsidiary and joint venture companies. This will include internal liaison (tax department, company secretariat, service charges) and external liaison (auditors)路 Accounting for company level transactions, such as share issues and dividends.路 Production of reporting for joint venture partners, as well as accounting for and facilitating joint venture transactions such as management fees and distributions路 Assisting in the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and other monthly or quarterly procedures路 Undertaking ad-hoc accounting projects and special reviews as required路 The prime reporting responsibility will be to the Head of Statutory Reporting but on certain issues it will be to the Head of Financial Reporting or the Group Financial ControllerRequirements:路 ACA or ACCA qualified - 3 years post qualified desirable.路 Experience at one of the Big 4 desirable.路 Strong background in audit.路 Strong experience with statutory accounting.路 Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of stakeholders.路 Effective time management skills.Don't hesitate and miss out on this opportunity!
