We are recruiting a Tax Director for a global professional services firm in London. This senior role offers the chance to lead a high-performing tax team, managing a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Client Management: Lead a team of tax professionals, acting as the primary client contact to ensure top-tier service and foster long-term relationships.
  • Tax Compliance & Advisory: Oversee services in corporation tax, VAT, R&D credits, and more, with a focus on cross-border issues and international compliance.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, industry events, and client onboarding.
  • People Development: Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they stay current with tax legislation and best practices.
  • Risk & Compliance: Enforce quality control and compliance with UK tax laws, anti-money laundering, and GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in senior tax roles, with experience in both compliance and advisory.
  • Deep knowledge of UK tax laws, international tax advisory, and cross-border issues.
  • Proven leadership, business development skills, and professional qualifications (ICAEW, ACCA, or CTA).
