We are recruiting for a Tax Director on behalf of our client, a well-established medium sized accountancy practice based in Londons West End. The role is to support the firms expanding tax department and would suit a CTA qualified mixed tax professional.

As Tax Director your responsibilities will include:
- Advising the partners and their clients on all aspect of their taxation affairs
- Writing tax advisory reports and newsletter/bulletins
- Proactively identifying and addressing client needs and providing innovative tax solutions
- Assisting with HMRC enquiries
- Representing the firm in client meetings
To be considered for this role, you will satisfy the following criteria:
- Be CTA qualified- exceptional candidates with other qualifications may be considered
- Extensive mixed tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment
- Excellent technical tax knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Experience advising in all areas of taxation
- Have experience in staff management
- Acute business acumen
It is an exciting role advising the partners and their clients on all tax matters including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, National Insurance, Corporation Tax, Inheritance Tax, SDLT and VAT, as well as international matters.
