Role Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate entities, providing strategic tax advice tailored to their needs.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor the tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Technical Expertise: Deliver solutions across corporate and personal tax, inheritance tax, VAT, and international tax matters.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the tax practice, building strong client relationships and expanding the firm’s client base.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work complies with current legislation and maintain the firm’s high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
