Role Responsibilities

As Tax Director, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service, leading a talented tax team, and contributing to the strategic success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key advisor to clients, providing guidance on complex tax matters such as corporate restructuring, inheritance tax, international tax, and R&D claims
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a proactive approach to meeting their needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth by building a network of professional contacts
  • Ensure compliance with the latest tax legislation and regulations, advising clients on changes and their implications
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and professional forums
