Our client, a professional services firm, are looking for a Tax Document Reviewer to join their fantastic team.
The successful candidate will be focusing on high-quality document review for tax matters ensuring the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation, with a focus on income tax issues, tax compliance, and regulations.

Location: 1 week Belfast office for training (full expenses paid) and then fully remote
Salary: Up to £170 p/d inside IR35 DOE
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
Role Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough reviews of legal documents related to income tax matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current tax laws, filing requirements and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring all documentation is handled with strict confidentiality and adheres to data protection standards.
- Following briefing guidance from stakeholders.
- Working closely with attorneys, legal consultants, and other stakeholders to clarify document-related queries and ensure that legal and financial documents meet all necessary criteria.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
- 3+ years’ experience in a Document Review role.
- Income Tax Legal experience is preferred.
- Experience in tax compliance or corporate tax is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience using Relativity review platform.
- Ability to follow briefing guidance from stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure with a drive to achieve results.
- Excellent understanding of income tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
