Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Temporary Part Time Finance Officer on an initial 10-month contract. The head office is based in East London, operating on a hybrid working pattern. They are looking for someone to join them on a four-day working week.
The Temporary Part Time Finance Officer's main responsibilities will include:
- Raising sales ledger invoices and uploading them into the CRM system.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and chasing payments, providing excellent customer service to internal and external contacts.
- Reconciling the ledgers and Excel files – comparing and updating the spreadsheets.
- Keeping the finance inbox in order and answering queries in a timely manner.

The successful Temporary Part Time Finance Officer must have:
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable/payable role.
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, SUM, pivot tables and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
