Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior or Audit & Accounts Senior from a good quality accountancy firm, looking to upgrade to a large Top 40 international practice where you can carry out a high profile and varied new role split between audit (90%) and statutory accounts preparations (10%)? The firm can be flexible on the amount of audit and are happy to look at someone looking to carry out a role up to 100% audit based. Are you keen to gain exposure to a mixed portfolio of clients from sectors such as technology, computer gaming, property, financial services, real estate, media, entertainment, retail, renewable energy and professional practices? If so this large Top 40 firm with 180 staff based in Zone 1 Central London (City location), with a growing and very successful Audit and Assurance Department is looking to expand and recruit an ambitious new Audit Senior to join the team due to many impressive new business wins from larger competitors. Reporting directly to Manager and Partner level, your role will be varied and include leading audits from planning to completion, statutory accounts preparations from start to finish and other ad hoc duties when required. You will liaise directly with clients, work in teams and review the work of more junior staff members. Your role will be varied, challenging, yet hugely enjoyable. The firm also offer flexible working / hybrid working for all staff and you can work 2 to 3 days from home a week, as well as flexible start / finish times.
To be considered for this new role (December 2024) you must be a qualified ACA / ACCA Audit Senior or Audit & Accounts Senior with a strong exam record in your ACA or ACCA exams. You must currently be working for a good quality accountancy firm in a role, at least 50% audit based. Ideally you will have strong academics and currently be working either in an audit based role or in a mixed general practice role which includes audit and accounts. You must be professional, dedicated to your career and looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 40 firm to assume a varied, challenging yet highly rewarding position with great opportunities on offer.
