Ambition is working with an established mid-market full service accounting firm that are interested in expanding their insolvency team by hiring a new licensed insolvency practitioner.
This firm prides itself on a people focused culture that is not obsessed with chasing quick profits and rapid growth at the expense of it's employees and clients. Their goal is focused around offering high quality service and advice and providing a balanced and supportive work culture for their partners and other staff.
You'll be joining a tight knit and well settled team of experienced staff and two existing IP's with strong personal networks and specialisms in the market. This provides a stable platform for a new IP to be able to hit the ground running straight away.
Requirements
- You must hold an active appointment taking insolvency license.
- Ideally you will be able to demonstrate your ability to generate fees for an insolvency business by having a prior history of success with another accounting firm or insolvency boutique
- An open mind and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
