Our client is seeking an Account Assistant to manage accounting operations for their Group retail stores. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting retail operations effectively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Prepare and process month-end journals.
- Reconcile bank accounts and retail transactions with SAP.
- Manage petty cash and reimbursements for retail stores.
- Ensure compliance with PCI and assist in setting up new retail locations.
- Respond to finance-related queries from retail stores promptly.
- Assist with year-end audits and monthly reporting.
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a financial accounting role.
- Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
