My client a leading global renewable energy company are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join them for a period of 2 months.
- Hourly rate £16.00p/h - £17.00 p/h
- Location: St James Park
- Hours of work: 9-5pm
- Hybrid working on offer 2 days a week WFH 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Register all invoices onto invoice scanning system.
- Follow up on queries that have been raised on.
- Ensuring orders have been goods receipted where applicable.
- Ensuring that all supplier invoices have been correctly authorised in accordance with company policy.
- Follow up invoice queries with suppliers as appropriate.
- Monitoring group mailbox.
You will be:
- Immediately available to start.
- Able to commit for 2 months.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- To be honest, responsible and punctual.
