Wise May are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Financial Services company Insurance company based in the City.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work an ideal for someone wanting to grow their Accounts career.
Duties to include:
- Sales and Purchase invoices input and administration
- Credit control
- Manage employee expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Review and maintain sales and purchase ledgers
- Key monthly account reconciliations such as accruals and prepayments
- Post and review month end journals
Skills:
- Excellent time management and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, logical and methodical thinker
