As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations, supporting both their London headquarters and international offices. The ideal role will suit an accounts professional with a minimum of 2-3 years all round Accounts Assistant experience.

This is a 4 day a week role paying £35,000 + hybrid working (2-3 days a week)

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Code and process purchase invoices using accounting software.
  • Handle supplier queries and raise sales invoices.
  • Manage credit control and process staff expenses.
  • Oversee monthly payroll for the call centre business.
  • Maintain the job code register and manage licence renewals.
  • Perform general filing tasks for invoices and agreements.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent team player with a reliable and flexible attitude.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers.
  • Tenacious approach to achieving due diligence.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for working in the world of fundraising.
