Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for a repital cultured company who based in Clapham Junction who are on the search for an Accounts Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities will Include:

Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
Reconciling company credit cards and process VAT returns.
Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
Management of suppliers and ensuring timely payment of invoices
Ensure timely invoicing and follow ups
General adhoc tasks

To be successful you'll possess:

Confident in using Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone.
Quick learner and eager to take on new challenges.
