Accounts Assistant
Hybrid - 3 days in the office in Victoria, 2 days from home
£27,000 to £30,000 per annum
An international business based in Victoria are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The office is a lively, thriving environment and there is room to progress with this business.
The client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years finance experience who is ideally part qualified ACCA or CIMA. Previous SAP experience would be describable but not essential. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage your time and tasks appropriately.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Process sales invoices
• Processing’ expenses
• Company card reconciliation
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Set up new client/vendors on accounting software
• Dealing with internal procurement system and internal system reporting
• Reports / analysis on debtors and creditors
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Assisting in preparation of the month end management pack for review
• Project monitoring and PO tracking
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
