Our client, a leading media agency, based near London Bridge, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accountant to join its expanding finance team. The company has grown significantly over the past seven years with over 500 people throughout the business and circa 15 within finance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exceptional industry experience within a global network, working alongside senior finance professionals and supporting high-profile clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with agency client account teams, assisting with finance queries such as invoicing and credit control.
  • Review client revenue trackers, including accruals and deferrals, ensuring accurate monthly revenue reporting.
  • Understand client contracts and international financial reporting standards (IFRS), ensuring compliance with commercial terms.
  • Work with account teams to ensure timely collection of client debt, holding regular meetings and liaising with client Accounts Payable teams.
  • Support with controls testing, reconciliations, and audits, acting as a key contact for external audit requests.
  • Track client invoicing and provide regular reports to ensure teams have up-to-date billing information.
  • Help train account teams to ensure compliance with internal processes and reduce late media bookings.
  • Monitor currency-related matters impacting financial reporting.
