- Build strong relationships with agency client account teams, assisting with finance queries such as invoicing and credit control.
- Review client revenue trackers, including accruals and deferrals, ensuring accurate monthly revenue reporting.
- Understand client contracts and international financial reporting standards (IFRS), ensuring compliance with commercial terms.
- Work with account teams to ensure timely collection of client debt, holding regular meetings and liaising with client Accounts Payable teams.
- Support with controls testing, reconciliations, and audits, acting as a key contact for external audit requests.
- Track client invoicing and provide regular reports to ensure teams have up-to-date billing information.
- Help train account teams to ensure compliance with internal processes and reduce late media bookings.
