Accounts Assistant | SME Retailer | £28,000-£35,000 + benefits | Central London (3 days per week in the office) | Permanent role

JasperRose is partnering with a £18 million turnover fashion retail brand, which is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team, based in London (3 days per week in the office). The business has become a well-known brand, doubling its turnover in the past 3 years, with no signs of slowing down.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this Accounts Assistant role will give you exposure to various duties including cash reconciliations, accounts payable and supporting with month-end.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cash reconciliations across multiple payment providers
• Handling bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Supporting with accounts payable including invoice processing
• Supporting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties including supporting the Finance Manager with month-end and management accounts

Skill set required

The successful candidate will have 1-2- years experience in a similar role with full experience of cash and bank reconciliations, accounts payable ,and NetSuite knowledge. Experience working for a SME business of a similar size is preferred but not essential, as is knowledge of the retail industry. You will be hands-on and have the ability to get involved with a variety of tasks.
