Accounts Payable Assistant - 10 months maternity leave.

This is a hybrid role - currently 4 days working from home and one day per week in the office. Based near London Bridge/Monument . Working hours are very flexible -you can choose 8am -4pm 8:30am -4:30pm or 9am to 5pm

Reporting to the Transaction Processing Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Assistant will provide a timely and accurate transaction processing service for supplier and purchase invoices:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring payment and receipt processing activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supplier and customer query resolution
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensure that VAT inputs and outputs are accurately identified
The successful candidate for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Accounts Payable processing, payment runs and mail box management.
