Altum Consulting are supporting a global media brand to find an Accounts Payable Assistant for an initial 3-month fixed term contract within the AP team. The role will start on a contract basis and has potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Requirements:
- Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports for business services, rents, and generic costs
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Performing reconciliations of accounts payable transactions
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
- Assisting in month-end duties
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
Key Skills:
