Assistant Accountant

Preparation and invoicing to client
Preparation of monthly financial statements: Journals, Accruals and Prepayments
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations
Budget to Actual variance analysis
Reconciliation and Recharge inter company expenses.
Bank Reconciliations
Preparation and submission of VAT returns
Stock and WIP management: Reconciliation and monthly P&L
Preparation of Month End & Year-End
Payroll
Cashflow management supporting the FC
