- Replying to Landlord Queries
- Chasing Tenant and Landlord arrears
- Setting up payments
- Completing task e.g., new tenancies, ended tenancies etc
- Posting Invoices into the Lettings CRM system
- Reviewing supplier statements
- Reconciling client accounts
