Assistant Syndicate Accountant

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 paLocation: London

Finitas are working with this leading London Market Insurer in their search for an Assistant Syndicate Accountant to join the team.

You will collaborate with the team to produce, maintain, reconcile, and analyze the accounting ledgerKey Responsibilities:

Prepare key accounting journals for Lloyd's syndicates
Submit annual and quarterly syndicate regulatory returns
Perform quarterly performance and financial reviews
Support process improvements for regulatory reporting
Prepare and resolve balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements:

Qualified/ part-qualified accountant
Insurance Accounting background; previous experience in Lloyd's market
Reporting experience
Advanced Excel skills
