The company: A small company within the legal and financial advice sector.

Main duties: To support the accounting team with administration and client relationship management.

The Role:- To manage designated client accounts; to prepare and submit financial records and reports- To update and maintain accurate client information and client records- To prepare and submit tax returns for designated accounts- To prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner- To work closely with auditors- To manage bookkeeping for designated accounts- To manage CIS records (Construction Industry Scheme)- To provide support and guidance to colleagues in training

The Candidate:- Fluent in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in an accounting role - Essential- AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualified would be an advantage- Strong numerical skills- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate with experience with ExcelThe salary: up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience
