We are recruiting for a Part time Temporary Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller for a 3-month interim assignment based in Mansion House EC4.
Immediate start is required.
This will be a part time role with 3 days in the office - Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Working day 9.00am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
Working as part of a buy Finance team who have recently relocated to their new London office.
Duties will include:
- Mark up cash received each day from Bank and credit card
- Send vat invoices daily
- Credit control for outstanding invoices
- Monitor credit control inbox
- Using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
Person Specification:
- Invoicing and credit control experience is essential
- Cash Allocation and reconciliation is essential
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred not essential.
- Be available immediately.
