  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and processing customer orders, including data entry, tracking, and coordination with the production and shipping departments.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and communication logs.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Welcoming guests, providing general assistance, and being the point of contact.
  • Keeping the visitor logbook and building reception system updated.
  • Ensuring guests and visitors have the necessary access.
  • Arranging refreshments and snacks for meetings.
  • Coordinating with guests, couriers, deliveries, maintenance, and other queries.
  • Collecting and distributing office post.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a well-ordered office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to interact with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the beverage or distillery industry.
  • Willingness to work on reception and welcome guests to the office.
  • A can-do attitude and a self-starting approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
