We are seeking an Admin Support professional to join our friendly and dynamic theatre team in London. This varied role is essential to the smooth running of our theatre operations, providing key support across systems, administration, and finance. If you love theatre, this is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes in an exciting and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor payments to the theatre bank account and track transactions.

  • Use the Spektrix ticketing system to put events on sale (full training provided).

  • Create spreadsheets and processes for tracking income and expenditure, with monthly financial reporting.

  • Use the venue's Artifax system to develop custom forms, input data, generate contracts, and calculate final settlements.

  • Use the council's Oracle system to process invoices and set up suppliers.

  • Use the council parking system to register vehicles as required.

  • Provide general administrative support to the theatre team.

About You:
  • Strong attention to detail, as this role is business-critical.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy and varied environment.

  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and financial tracking tools.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems (full training provided).

  • An interest in theatre and the arts is a plus!
