Are you an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail? Lewisham Council is looking for an Admin Support Officer to join the Broadway Theatre Team. This varied role involves supporting the theatre's operations, finance, and admin processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Monitor payments and track income/expenditure? Use the Spektrix ticketing system to put events on sale (training provided)? Create spreadsheets and financial reports? Work with Artifax to manage event bookings, contracts, and settlements? Process invoices and set up suppliers using the Oracle system? Register vehicles on the council's parking system

What We're Looking For:

?? Strong administrative and organisational skills?? Good understanding of finance and data tracking?? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?? IT proficiency (Excel, Oracle, ticketing/booking systems experience is a plus)
