Our client was established in 1882, they have over 140 years of property experience in Sales, Lettings and Property Management in most London postcodes.
Due to an increase in Business levels, they are looking for an Administration Assistant to support their team.
You don’t need to have previous experience in the Property Industry, so this is a great opportunity if you are looking to launch your Estate Agency Career!
There is also potential to gain your ARLA qualification once you are established.
The role will involve:
- Assisting with collating compliance documents for tenancy agreements
- Contacting utility companies with Meter readings
- Signing off correct utility bills
- Scanning
- Filing
- Keeping the online filing system up to date with all new and renewed tenancies
- Keeping the office window up to date with new photocards
- Assisting with new legislation that needs to be implemented.
- Terms and Conditions
- Property licencing.
- Booking in Property inspections/visits
- Dealing with enquiries
- General administration
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary
- £18,000 - £22,500 dependant on experience
