Administration Assistant

Are you an experienced professional with strong organizational skills looking to work in the education sector? Join our dedicated and caring team as an Administration Assistant at an independent school in Camden, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school reception and office, supporting the senior leadership team, staff, pupils, and parents to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Monitor pupil attendance and follow up on absences promptly.
- Manage bookings for After School Clubs, Tea and Breakfast Clubs, and Holiday Camp, liaising with parents via the School App.
- Handle office orders for supplies, track deliveries, and provide administrative support to the Headteacher as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a school administrator.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data tasks accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
