I am seeking an experienced, efficient, and organised Administration Support to join a revolutionary outdoor advertising business based in West London.

  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Location: West London, Office Based (hybrid will be available once probation is passed)
  • Hours: Full-time, 9:00-17:30

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Organise and manage data, ensuring our in-house CRM systems are up to date.
  • Using Excel to update key information
  • Prepare documentation for Board approval.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, acting as a point of contact.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring all planning and build instructions are prepared accurately.
  • Handle enquiries via the main telephone line, manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain organised files and documents, including scanning and filing as required.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrator.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally engage with stakeholders, employees, solicitors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A driven, cooperative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
