The FirmA leading Legal 500 firm are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy and growing team in their London Bridge office.
The RoleThe successful Administration Assistant will provide a range of administrative and file management tasks requested by Solicitors, Team Assistants, the Document Production team. Duties to include:
- Meeting room management and ordering/provision of refreshments
- Reception duties
- Undertaking large and small copying requests
- Binding and finishing copied work
- Receiving and processing file management requests
- Creating and opening new file folders and labelling
- Returning or adding documents to existing client files
- Logging and recording documents
- Handle and administer closed files and undertaking all file closing procedures
- Processing archive retrieval requests
- Process anti-money laundering checks on new clients
This Administration Assistant opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Required experience
- CILEX or an administration qualification (desirable)
- Previous administration experience within a law firm (desirable)
