If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Committee Administrator to join a team in a prominent professional membership body in London. This is a full-time role for a fixed term eighteen-month contract. It is offered on a flexible hybrid model, with two or three days a week in the office and the balance working from home. Team days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. The salary is £35,000 to £40,0000 depending on experience.
As a Administration Lead you will be working as part of a busy, vibrant, friendly and collaborative team. You will provide first line full administrative support to a number of Executives across the organisation. In addition, you will possess good communication skills to prepare and draft correspondence and provide excellent secretariat support in meetings, producing well drafted Minutes.
Administraton Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support in particular supporting the CEO, President and Executive leadership team. To include diary and inbox management, drafting correspondence, contract processing, credit card reconciliation, arranging travel and meeting logistics
- Managing the scheduling, agenda preparation, production of papers, minuting taking and actioning follow-ups for committees and meetings
- Working with the internal Legal Team on matters relating to governance arrangements
- Undertaking record keeping, data management tasks and processing with attention to detail
- Assisting with travel booking, room booking, ordering of office and technical supplies
- Providing other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties as required including researching and assembling information
Administraton Lead Key Skills:
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to handling tasks
- Highly proficient IT skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, the Internet and creating and maintaining computerised records
