About the Role:

At West London College, we are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in delivering exceptional service. If you are committed, driven, and enthusiastic about ensuring an outstanding experience for the learners we serve, we would love to hear from you.

Working within the Administration Team, you will provide a range of administrative support to ensure project timescales and targets are met. Taking a proactive approach to your work and designated tasks, you will coordinate meetings and keep all paperwork and documents up to date.

The Person:

• Experience in providing high-quality administrative and customer-focused service within a busy educational or similar environment.

• Ability to input a range of data in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and mitigate the risk of recording incorrect information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person and by telephone) to effectively deal with a variety of customers, including interpreting and delivering information to different audiences.

• A flexible attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently without constant supervision.

• Competent user of MS Office, including Word and Excel, to utilize computerized administrative systems effectively.
