Role

The tasks to be undertaken, but not limited to, include:

  • Prescription post duties - overseeing the prescription delivery and management system
  • Filing of electronic documents
  • Review, upload and update registration forms
  • Minuting meetings
  • Ordering and managing office stock items
  • Responsible for daily reception lists
  • Support the tracking of complaints and their responses
  • Manage monthly compliments newsletter
  • Support Operational Team members with collation of documents
  • Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before/after clinics
  • Support clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing uploading and collation

Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for someone that can join our close-knit, supportive team who is organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, promotes excellent customer service skills and understands that the little details are important.
  • Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
