In this diverse and engaging role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- ?? Answering and directing calls and taking accurate messages
- ?? Addressing queries via phone and email efficiently
- ?? Managing various projects, collaborating with different company departments and sites
- ?? Dealing with invoices and payments
- ?? Speaking with clients/internal and external stakeholders
- ??? Accurately update all internal systems, including Excel documents
- ?? Assisting with diary management
- ?? Arranging post, deliveries, and logistical support for the team
- ?? Collaborating closely with the wider administration team and Office Manager
To excel in this exciting role, you should possess:
- Previous administrative experience
- MS Office knowledge, including Word & Excel
- Knowledge of Hubspot is ideal
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and highly organised
- A positive working attitude
