Investment Management / Administration / Support 12mth contract working within the Investment Management sector, hybrid working, London basedKEY DUTIES:

  • Complete admin tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Manage logistics for travel and in-house meeting arrangement
  • Coordinate with other team assistants and cover each other’s holiday and any absence
  • Ensure accurate information during communication

THE ROLE:You will work alongside other Team Assistants completing all administrative duties including travel arrangements, expense management, meeting & calendar management and any associated tasks around those duties and ad-hoc requests. The role will reuie someone who can multi-task and experience with managing multiple calendars in Outlook, be confident in using TEAMS, Concur and standard Microsoft package.

THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have an extensive background in providing administrative support to large teams and senior stakeholders within the investment management sector. You will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Packages, be a confident and clear communicator, comfortable working with senior level stakeholders and at times, pressurised environments. You will be competent in multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise a varied workload, be proactive, efficient and solution-oriented.THE CLIENT:Investment / Asset Manager
