ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL (EA)  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global business advisory firm. In this permanent role, you will provide high-level support to the Vice President and Managing Director level executives. The position offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior leadership teams in an Executive or Personal Assistant capacity.  ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL (EA) ROLE:
  • Assisting with the support of up to 10 Partners and Directors within the Partner Director Support Team, which consists of a team of EAs
  • Managing diaries by arranging and booking high volumes of meetings for ever-changing schedules across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating travel, including domestic and international arrangements (mainly UK, EU, USA), and handling visa requirements when needed
  • Preparing meetings by creating agendas, and presentations, taking minutes, and tracking action points
  • Managing expenses through tracking and submitting claims
  • Communicating with stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships, and liaising with senior-level clients both internally and externally
ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL (EA) ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating proven experience supporting 1:10 at MD level or above
  • Showing stability in working within large companies
  • Managing complex travel bookings, including time zones, visas, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Handling complex diary management with ease while coordinating and managing projects and events
  • Exhibiting strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Displaying good mathematical problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, being approachable, enthusiastic, and professional with a proactive attitude
  • Possessing a hands-on approach, comfortable working both as part of a team and independently
  • Adopting a flexible approach, anticipating client needs, managing competing priorities, and delivering high standards of service under tight deadlines
