Our client a care centre is looking for an Administrative Support - Project Cover for up to - 4 to 6-months

Job Title: Administrative Support - Project Cover

Work Pattern: adhoc up to 5 days a week, no weekends

Hours: varying hours per day

Rate: £15 per hour

The Administrative Support will possess intermediate proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems as needed.

The role involves providing administrative support within the philanthropy team for the organisation of an annual dinner scheduled for 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, both computer-based and written, including pre-event preparations, event setup, and post-event follow-up actions. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure the successful execution of the event.

Amongst others, tasks will include: 1. Sending high volumes of personalised invitations2. Managing the packaging and sending of invitations3. Completing written tasks and manual data collation4. Accessing computer files, scanning documents and utilising an internal data base5. Actioning and responding to emails.6. Manual data collation 7. Counting stock and ensuring all details are accurate.
