Administrator (Property Development)

London Bridge - with travel to our Rochester office once a month (travel costs reimbursed)

We’re looking to recruit an Administrator.

As an Administrator, you will provide an efficient, flexible and professional administrative service to the Property Development team.

Duties of an Administrator:

  • Co-ordinate and provide all admin and organisational support
  • Diary management and co-ordination of meetings
  • Support the team in the production of reports and presentations
  • Raising POs and invoice processing
  • General system administration

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience working within housing is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient use of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
