An established property consultancy is currently looking for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves supporting the Project Manager and the wider teams with all administrative functions including front of house and diary management duties.

Core hours: 40 hours - fully office based

  • Salary: Up to £32k
  • 25 days holiday plus private health care, company pension, charity leave and social events!
  • Office based role
  • Onsite parking

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing front of house duties including covering reception, greeting visitors, and answering incoming calls
  • Typing and sending out correspondence including emails, letters, memos, and meeting minutes
  • Managing attendance records such as registers and chasing sick/holiday forms whilst maintaining accurate data
  • Managing meeting room calendars and general cleanliness of these spaces
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings
  • Maintaining the weekly and monthly H&S, delivery, and visitor records
  • Managing apprenticeship data and induction forms
  • Maintaining stock levels - ordering stationery, PPE, and welfare items
  • Carrying out general administration duties such as photocopying, binding and laminating

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Experience supporting an office with administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
