A wine distributor located in North London is looking for a switched on and organised Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who can focus on order processing for UK and Export orders.

Administrator duties:

  • Servicing export orders (including, but not limited to, liaising with freight forwarders and generating export paperwork).
  • Managing customer queries on a daily basis
  • Entering orders onto system accurately and emailing to warehouse / supplier where required
  • Checking accurate delivery of orders and invoicing them accordingly
  • Answering customer queries via e-mail and phone calls.
  • Sending samples using a selection of courier services
  • Various ad-hoc administrative duties

Administrator specification:

  • Have customer service experience - communicating by email and the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience in managing customer queries on a daily basis
  • Having logistics experience or understanding is a benefit
  • To have experience using Microsoft - word, PDF, Excel, outlook
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong plus
