The role is a full time office based role. The working hours are 8am - 4pm. Working within a friendly fun team, the role will offer a varied and interesting day.

Working within nice offices, parking available, working within a very friendly environment.

Role is to provide comprehensive support to the Contract Management & Admin team to ensure the smooth running of all work streams.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Data entry - inputting new orders & diary management

Updating CRM with documents and photographic evidence (labelling)

Filing of client correspondence, guarantees/warranties

Customer Service

Receive and make calls on behalf of the business to include appointment management

Manage email correspondence and team mailboxes

Record and file all communications/notes within CRM

Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys

Work Allocation

Preparation of estimates

Allocate orders to operatives considering contract budgets and project costs

Conduct desktop post inspection to agreed standard

Identify extra works and order variations

Management of work order completions including client update

Skills
