Reed Secure are working with Police Forces, who are looking to recruit Administrator withing Resource Management team

  • Payrate is £17.90 PAYE / £22.74 Umbrella
  • Initial 6 months period with a possible extension.
  • Location: Kilburn
  • Hybrid - 3 days a week office day (Monday mandatory)
  • This role is not an immediate start - you would need to undergo Police Vetting, which may take up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:• Supporting logistics of meetings which comprise of scheduling meetings, circulating papers and tracking actions as well as attending meetings and taking minutes.• Providing high level administration support for business-as-usual work within the RMO.• Raising purchase orders and dealing with associated invoice queries• Supporting senior leaders, governance meetings and undertaking logistical tasks such as diary management, mailboxes and event planning.• Supporting HR’s recruitment requirements including: uploading adverts onto the Met’s recruitment portal, collating applications, arranging interviews, tracking vacancies and recruitment activity, and on-boarding for new staff.• There is also an element of project support dependent on the demands of current projects.• To support the work of the RMO, the role holder will be engaging with senior colleagues to deliver tasks commissioned.Essential Criteria:• IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint for daily activities;• Organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise;• Accuracy and attention to detail;• Good written and Verbal Communication;• Interpersonal skills and team-working skillsDesirable Criteria:• HR experience and a good understanding of the HR function.This vacancy is open only to those who have the right to work in the UK and must be able to pass Police vetting and employment checks.
