An international financial institution is looking for an Administrator at one of departments.

Administrator in Banking - Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day to day business of the department and providing general administrative support in relation to provision of administrative duties in relation to due diligence, settlement operations, monitoring investments and any supports for the investment professionals.
  • Data entry from the report into Excel spread sheet
  • Liaise between among several departments
  • Assist settlement operation
  • Assist to execute NDA
  • General researches
  • Download monthly reports and data from our subscribed vendors’ website and save them to the local folders
  • Create monthly or quarterly compliance report and circulate (input results into a format)
  • Assist any other team members’ activities (which should be basic and does not require an advanced decision )
  • Business trip arrangements (booking flights, trains, chauffer, hotels and restaurants, confirming the appointments)
  • Filling and submitting expense forms after business trip on behalf of the team members
  • Take telephone calls and leave messages
  • And such other duties that the management may from time-to-time reasonably require.

Administrator in Banking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or in a middle office or operations role within financial services preferred but not essential
  • Must have flexible attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Japanese language skills is a plus (JLPT N2 and above)
