Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation? We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide crucial support to Senior leaders. This is a contract role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are key. This is an initial contract position with the ability to go perm. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and track requests for speeches, article contributions, and outreach activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage invitations and event planning, drafting responses and ensuring smooth communication
  • Proofread and edit official documents to uphold the highest standards of language, grammar, and formatting
  • Support diary management, meeting coordination, and official visits
  • Assist with budget monitoring, procurement processes, and financial reporting
  • Maintain internal databases and document libraries, ensuring efficient access to key information

What skills you need 

  •  Strong experience in executive administration, preferably within an international organisation
  •  Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  •  Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  •  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management
  •  Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is a plus
