Position: Administrator
Location: London - Hybrid Working (1 - 2 days office)
Hours: 20 - 25 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: Up to £25 per hour
Available to start immediately
Role:
- Processing invoices and approving expenses of employees on our expense software.
- Cross checking receipt matches the amount the employee claims for
- Forwarding invoices to our accountant
- Keeping track of credit card receipts and taking pictures of them, sending them to the accountant
- Providing a breakdown to directors of what left the bank account every month
Experience:
- Personable and caring telephone communication skills with a genuine empathy for others.
- Proven office administration and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong data processing skills with the ability to input, extract, and analyse data.
- Ability to work within agreed criteria, policies, and practises while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Experience in working effectively within a small team
