The Role

We are seeking a Team Administrator to support a team of Lawyers and Secretaries in their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within a global law firm.

As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Expenses management
  • Time recording
  • Invoice handling

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
