What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

? Arranging contractor access and tracking works? Obtaining quotes and supporting statutory documentation? Handling and escalating tenant queries? Maintaining key records including EPCs, RCAs, and compliance docs? Supporting arrears chasing and invoice processing? Attending inspections and helping with follow-up actions? Opening files for lease renewals and rent reviews? Managing utilities for new and outgoing tenants

You’ll also assist with internal meetings, help with onboarding new managements, contribute to departmental updates, and support occasional events or charity activities.

What We’re Looking For

? Previous experience in administrative roles would be a preference; property experience is not essential? Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills? Confident communicator with a proactive approach? Comfortable managing data, documents, and deadlines
