A dynamic and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Central London is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their expanding team during a period of exciting growth.

The Administrator's Role

The new Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting various corporate functions, including administration, marketing, and employee relations. You will work closely with the branch and branch manager, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities include creating and managing invoices, organising team events, overseeing annual leave schedules, assisting with marketing initiatives, handling customer enquiries, managing expenses, and providing support to the management and Quantity Surveying teams. Day-to-day tasks will also encompass general administrative duties essential to the smooth functioning of the office.

The Administrator will be a key contributor to the company's renowned supportive and sociable work environment, which includes regular team-building activities and an impressive track record of low staff turnover.

The Administrator

The ideal Administrator will be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Experience in a Construction Consultancy or similar professional environment is highly desirable. Essential and desirable attributes include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with CMS and CRM systems (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous office experience, ideally within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Exceptional administrative skills
