We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team at a national library based in Euston. This role offers an immediate start with an ongoing booking, perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with educational professionals and managing logistics. The position requires in-person attendance at our St Pancras site, with flexibility regarding the days worked.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing school bookings efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicating with teachers over the phone to coordinate visits and provide necessary information.
  • Assisting with the logistics on the day of school group visits to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • For the first week, the role will require up to 5 days on-site for comprehensive training to fully onboard the successful candidate.
